1. Acceptance

By downloading or using LynxNote you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

LynxNote is an iOS application that transcribes audio recordings with artificial intelligence, summarises them, and researches their content. The app works using the user's own API keys from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Groq.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from all participants before recording any meeting or conversation.
• You are responsible for the security of your API keys.
• You must use the app for lawful purposes only.
• You are obligated to comply with the terms of use of third-party APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq).

4. Pricing

LynxNote is free to download and use. However, transcription (OpenAI Whisper / Groq) and AI features (Anthropic Claude / OpenAI / Groq) require your own API keys. The costs of these services are set by the respective providers and billed directly to you. LynxNote is not responsible for those costs.

5. Intellectual Property

The LynxNote application and related materials are owned by Engin Şahin and protected by copyright law. Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing the app is prohibited.

Content created by users (audio recordings, transcripts, summaries) belongs entirely to the user.

6. Disclaimer

LynxNote is provided "as is". No warranties are given regarding transcription accuracy, quality of AI outputs, or the continuity of third-party API services.

LynxNote cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms with prior notice. Continuing to use the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
